With more than 20 years of experience in the field of trademark and design law, Claudia Bettendorf is personally available to help you effectively obtain, maintain and defend your trademark and/or design rights.

She is committed to offering her clients personal, individual and competent advice regarding national, European and international trademark and design law. She is able to represent you before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

She also gives advice for finding the most adequate form of trademark for your business.

In order to secure your trademark rights and interests in foreign countries, Claudia Bettendorf is able to rely on her network of competent foreign colleagues, many of whom she knows personally.

Due to her studies at Glasgow University, Scotland, as well as her work experience in a law office in San Francisco, USA, for many months Claudia Bettendorf is fluent in English.
