Relevant searches, such as identity searches, similarity searches and searches for third party rights will be conducted and evaluated based upon their respective results. Possible courses of action will be presented.

Preparation, Drafting, Filing and Accompanying the Application until Registration

The above services are provided for national, European and international trademarks and designs before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) as well as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). For world-wide foreign national applications Claudia Bettendorf works closely with experienced colleagues in the respective country.

Trademark Watch and Enforcement of Rights

Enforcing your trademark rights especially demands setting up a trademark watch. Possible collisions with third party rights will be reported and an evaluation of the infringement situation will be provided. If necessary, legal action in the form of oppositions, appeals and/or cancellation actions may be taken.
